Prior to founding PROVET, Noelle served as General Partner and Director of Investor Relations at RIL Properties, where she helped lead investor relations and capital formation efforts for a 1200-unit affordable housing portfolio while working alongside development teams on project execution and financing strategy. Through that experience, she developed a deep understanding of the challenges developers face in bringing impactful housing projects from concept to closing.

Throughout her career, Noelle has contributed to projects across multiple U.S. markets, requiring layered financing strategies and collaboration among public, private, and philanthropic stakeholders. Her experience spans financial modeling, capital strategy, due diligence, investor communications, project analysis, and development planning.

Noelle earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Economics from Georgia State University, where her academic focus complemented her work in commercial real estate finance and capital markets.

Beyond her professional work, Noelle is an active philanthropist and community advocate committed to expanding opportunity through housing, education, and community engagement. She serves as Chair of the Finance & Operations Committee for HouseProud Atlanta, helping guide the organization’s financial oversight and long-term sustainability. She also leads various local initiatives supporting young girls, individuals experiencing homelessness, and education access.
